Strategic Planning According to Design Thinking Method
Our team has helped budding activists of social entrepreneurship movement and has conducted workshops on strategic planning of social projects development — with the use of the innovative design-thinking method. We have helped a number of new projects to formulate brand positioning for young companies, to find and to identify their target audience, to develop product offerings and communications.
This allowed the young companies (that traditionally experience an eternal shortage of resources for progress) to start using the tools of strategic planning, which are mainly available to large corporations, and thus to facilitate their access to future customer.
